warranty

We offer a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. All our products are closely inspected before being shipped out. However, in the rare event your item arrives with a defect, you can contact us here and we’d be happy to assist you in getting your item replaced/repaired.

We cover the shipping!

If the warranty is approved on your item, we will cover the whole shipping process, from you shipping it to us and then us sending it back to you.

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover lost/stolen items
• We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewellery professionals
