Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days before being shipped. Once your order is processed, we will automatically email your tracking number.

Returns/Exchange

You must return your item(s) to us no later than 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Returns can only be redeemed for store credit.

All orders can only be changed/cancelled within 12 hours from when the order is placed. This includes shipping address, quantity, and variant changes. We process orders quickly so if you could not contact us within 12 hours, you unfortunately will have to wait until you receive your order and return it back to us. If you made a mistake in your shipping address and fail to contact us within 12 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will arrive to your correct shipping address.
